Empowering Through Mental Health Education
As part of our mission to promote mental health awareness, we’ve developed training resources designed to equip individuals with the tools to recognize, understand, and address mental health challenges. These efforts aim to foster empathy, reduce stigma, and create supportive environments for those in need.
We’ve also had the privilege of presenting our insights and findings at numerous venues, including schools, conferences, and community events. These presentations allow us to engage directly with students, faculty, and parents, sparking meaningful conversations, and inspiring action around mental health. Catch a glimpse of our training modules below!

SOLID
In collaboration with Kristina Stevens, the Director of SHaW Mental Health at UConn, and the Student Organization Leaders Intentional Development (SOLID) team, we released a mental health training module for student leaders. This training aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize signs of distress among their peers and provide appropriate support.
